Ingredients
3-4 cups Whole Wheat Flour (or combo of flours)
2 cups brown sugar
1-2 cups oats, flaxmeal, barley, grains, etc.
4 eggs (or 1 tbsp flaxmeal per fake egg plus 2 tbsp water per fake egg)
to Taste: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla
2 Tbsp rose water
2 cups grated zucchini, grated carrots, banana, apples, beets, kale, swiss chard puree
2/3 cup oil or melted fake butter
2-2/3 cup dark coffee or water
1 1/2 tbsp baking soda
3 Tbsp baking powder
Instructions
Mix everything. If you need more liquid, add a bit more. Put oil and sesame seeds in pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
