Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup avocado oil (or other neutral flavored oil)
3 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 tsp. fine sea salt
1 Tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raw pecans or walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well coated.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes, until golden brown.
Stir every 15-20 minutes
Let cool completely before storing in a cool, dry place.
